100% Pre-Activity Safety Briefing
Every guest must attend a 10-15 minute Safety Briefing to learn paddling techniques, how to hold the ropes, how to react in rapids, and how to coordinate with our on-land rescue team.
Maximum Accident Insurance Coverage
All guests who book a tour with us are covered by travel accident insurance. Coverage includes up to 500,000 THB for medical expenses and 1,000,000 THB in case of death, in accordance with the Department of Tourism regulations.

Our camp features a rapid land evacuation route connecting to the main highway. We partner with the Phang Nga Hospital rescue unit and Nop Pring emergency services to have an ambulance on standby within 10-15 minutes.

Every camp and primary raft is equipped with a waterproof first aid kit that includes splints and backboards. Our staff is ready to perform CPR and use an AED immediately.
